1. Drinking 8 cups of water a day.

When you drink 8 cups of water a day it cleans your body on the outside and the inside. The water cleans out all the bacteria and harmful toxins in our body. The water also cools us down, this is important because when your temperature is higher acne multiplies much quicker. With our body temperature much lower our bodies can now combat acne even better.

2. Mint Juice.

If you rub the it on your pimple you will see your acne get much better. Mint juice works extremely well against acne because the mint clears out all the unhealthy toxins stuck in our skins. Make sure the mint juice is warm before applying it. When you finish rubbing the mint juice leave it on your face for 10 minutes. Mint juice is a very effective acne treatment.

3. No Junk Food.

Junk food only makes the acne 2 times worse then it is already. The fats inside the junk food helps the toxins and bacteria clog up the pores even more resulting in more acne.

4. Not too much sugary foods.

If you eat too much sugary foods it increases our blood pressure. When the blood pressure is high our bodies get hotter and when the body gets hotter our pores start to open up. All the toxins and bacteria get inside the pores making the acne very cystic.

5. Being Stress Free.

If you stress out too much your acne will get worse. When we get stressed out we release chemicals inside of our bodies what makes the acne spread out.
