This natural acne guide by Chris Gibson is all about going through a 3 day intensive detoxification diet. Chris explains the reasons why it works so well to get rid of acne. It helps to get rid of toxins in your body that can cause skin inflammation and acne.

It also allows your liver to control hormone production which in turn reduces acne breakouts. Full detailed instructions are provided and at only 60 pages, it is a light and easy read that will only take you a few hours.

So Does Acne Free In 3 Days Work?

That is the big question isn't it. I decided to let my younger sister try it since her acne problems are never ending even after buying tons of expensive acne creams and topical treatment lotions. The results were her skin quite visibly cleared up and her acne and pimples were reduced.
