Burying your head in the sand is obviously not the option you've chosen thank heavens. Flying in a rage at the other, if you've tried it, you've found not the way to a positive result. Likewise begging for forgiveness, is likely to earn you contempt. And in the event it gets you back in, your ex partner in consequence has you under the thumb forever more.
You want and need a procedure, sane, proven and successful that wins love back. No one ethical can give a guaranteed promise obviously. There are too many variables. But there are as we've suggested steps which taken, have worked wonders for others. And have an excellent chance of working for you too.
The first thing for you to realise is that you're in control. Fate has brought you to a place where however dominant (or otherwise) you were in the relationship, you now know for sure that sometimes the little curves life can throw you may give rise to internal doubt. Get a big piece of paper. A large clean sheet. Draw a line down the middle.
On the left side, write down the things you're not in control of. Write on the right hand side, the things you're in control of in life. Areas where you handle things masterfully. Where people you know look up to you for what you're able to do. If that isn't the case with people looking up to you for what you do and are able to do. Or even if it is, write down those areas where you do feel in control whether anybody recognises it or not.
You should feel really good about yourself after that. Was that exercise worth it or not!
