If you are looking for some respite from morning fatigue , this article is going to be the change in your life you have been waiting for. Presenting some of the most effective tips to ensure a great start to the day.

? Carbohydrates fuelmorning fatigue. If your meals are high in carbohydrates and low in proteins, it's time to reverse the ration. Eat foods that give your body ample quantities of protein, and you will see yourself being more active every day. This is because carbohydrates encourage the production of serotonin, which leads to your body feeling lethargic and drowsy all the time, while proteins limit the production of this chemical.

? On holidays and weekends, make sure that you do not sleep over the limit just to compensate for the lack of enough sleep on other days. This is because by doing so, you are upsetting the biological clock that is the body's way of determining when it has to stay alert and when it should take rest. Make sure that you follow a set pattern more or less, and don't deviate too much. For instance, if you got up at 6 am on weekdays, try not to sleep later than 9 am

? Making a schedule and sticking to it is most important. If you are a health addict but have to work late nights, make sure that you hit the gym in the morning, and not slog it out at 10 pm, resulting in upsetting your entire schedule. This part is also related to the biological clock mentioned in the above point. You need to prioritize your time to make sure that sleep always fits in properly in your daily routine, regardless of the pressures.

? Working for that next big promotion is all good until it starts affecting your personal life and health. Make sure you are in shape to handle more responsibilities by keeping up with sleep. If your schedule demands you to stay up late, ask your boss for an afternoon shift so that you can catch up on your required sleep.
