It's no secret that celebrities undergo plastic surgery. From breast augmentation to face lifts and Botox injections, Hollywood stars are often the first to try new plastic surgery procedures – and then later deny it! However, with celebrity plastic surgery before and after photos splashed all over the Internet, it is becoming increasingly difficult for our favorite celebrities to keep their secrets. These stars that have undergone cosmetic nose surgery are no exception.
Ashlee Simpson
Ashlee Simpson is one of the most famous nose job cases to grace Hollywood. The removal of the bump on her nose, paired with the narrowing of the bridge, made for a dramatic makeover. Though Simpson refused to answer accusations that she had undergone rhinoplasty, it was clear to the media and the public that she had undergone the knife. It is rumored that Simpson also had a chin implant placed during the time of her rhinoplasty surgery.
Megan Fox
Megan Fox's nose surgery is much more subtle than Simpson's. The Transformers star had a slight bump on the ridge of her nose that appears to have been shaved down to create a straighter more balanced appearance. Speculators also believe that Fox has had breast augmentation performed and lip fillers injected.
Ashley Tisdale
Teen sensation Ashley Tisdale reportedly underwent nose surgery to correct a deviated septum. She ended up with a much narrower bridge that resulted in a more sophisticated look.
Blake Lively
This Gossip Girls before and after photos show a discernable difference in the bridge and tip of her nose. After undergoing rhinoplasty, Blake Lively's bridge is substantially thinner and the tip of her nose if more sculpted and pert.
Beyonce
Many people are unaware that Beyonce has had a nose job because she had the procedure done relatively early in her career. Like the other celebs on this list, Beyonce underwent treatment to have the bridge of her nose thinned out.
