If you have lost your boyfriend and you just can\'t live without him.. Then you have to think long and hard about what you want to do.

When you have decided that you actually want him back, it is important that you first find your inner strength and focus on yourself. That\'s the way to get back your self esteem! Very important if you want to get your ex boyfriend back.

Your best assets are your most individual attributes. The stuff that makes you you. Anything that is essential to the understanding of your person, is what you want to focus on here.

Take a trip down memory lane, and remember why your ex boyfriend used to like you so much.. What turned him on? What made him laugh? Those are some core feelings that you want to re-instore for him. Go back to the source, find what went away, and correct it!

Applying this method may have an immediate effect, which would be great. But even if it doesn\'t get you your ex boyfriend back yet, it will help you to raise your level of self esteem, and therefore make you more desirable!

Make sure you don\'t contact him too much. If you have to choose, always make sure you tend towards the "low-contact" persuasion.

Are you a phone addict? He probably isn\'t! Remember that (straight) guys are not so "into" discussing relationships as girls are. So keep away from over exposure phone wise.

If you follow his *ss around, if you try to be close to him and to get him on the phone every other minute.. Stop what you are doing! This is not helpful at all. He must know that he is missing out on a lot of sweet love, and he has to learn from you!

To get any guy back, you need to show him clearly that he has lost something that he can not replace! Then he will feel the itch for sure..
