Many people avoid restaurants all together when they're trying to lose weight. Most weight loss programs require the discipline to eat a certain way. While at home, you can control what and how much you eat. When you go to a restaurant, the natural tendency is to eat what you love and eat until you burst.

If you're on a low carb diet, forget about the bread, potatoes, rice, and sugary desserts. No chocolate mousse for you! In my opinion, that takes away most of the joy of going to a restaurant in the first place.

If you're trying to lose weight by counting calories, good luck! Most restaurants don't provide you with calorie information on all their food. Some restaurants have low calorie menu selections, but when I go out I always find myself looking at the rich food that got me fat in the first place.

Then I discovered Calorie Shifting. Calorie Shifting is a weight loss program that allows you to eat your favorite foods. You eat four meals a day and you don't eliminate any food group. You eat different foods at different times every day. This tricks your body into making your metabolism go faster. You burn more calories and you lose weight. If you're serious about losing weight, I strongly suggest you look into Calorie Shifting.

The best thing about Calorie Shifting, in my opinion, is that you have three "cheat" days every two weeks. You can eat just about anything you want during those three days. You don't ever have to worry about calories of foods for Applebee's menu. You don't have to worry about carbs. Eat what you love.

When you're on the right weight loss program, you can still enjoy your favorite foods and your favorite restaurants. Many people fail to lose weight on a low carb or low calorie diet because you're so limited in what you can eat. Calorie Shifting is a new, modern approach to losing weight. It just might be the answer that helps you achieve your weight loss goals.
