Middle Insomnia

• Onset insomnia. This is the beginning stage of insomnia where it will be noticed that you have difficulty falling asleep at night. This is often linked to anxiety disorders. • Terminal or late insomnia. This is described as not having the ability to fall asleep or waking up early in the morning. This is linked with clinical depression. This stage usually requires medications to let people suffering from this stage to have rest.Middle Insomnia
