If you have painful ovarian cysts then you know how much of a struggle it is to do normal every day activities. I started getting sharp pains in my stomach near the time of my period and each month the condition just got worse and worse.
Many women think that it's probably just menstruation cramps but when I also started getting back pain I knew I had to consult a doctor.
The doctor performed an ultrasound and he told me I had medium ovarian cysts. He said to come back in 2 months to see if they would go away or shrink on their own. The only thing he prescribed was pain killers.

Surgery then came into the equation but after watching some friends have surgery to remove cysts only for more to appear months to a year later I knew couldn't go through with it. I was desperate for a treatment that stopped future cysts from growing.
