I wanted to talk to you about how you can reduce snoring. This is a battle that you probably have been in for a while. You can actually win this battle if you have the right knowledge and the right weapons to fight it. Surprisingly no one really understand what is happening. I often hear people tell me that they'll need to get surgery to get past this problem. If you think surgery is the way to beat this, than no wonder you haven't tried to fix it. It isn't that hard to fix really, you just need a little help. I'm going to show you exactly what you need to do to reduce snoring.

As you breath in and out, the tissue in your throat will vibrate. Essentially that is what is happening when you produce snore sounds. Your throat starts to vibrate in a violent manner and you end up with sounds. Obviously your tissue vibrates while you're awake, so the question is why does it only produce loud noises while you're asleep? The reason is due to the position of your jaw. Normally your jaw is held up by the muscles on your face. As you sleep, the muscles go into a relaxed state and the jaw falls down onto the throat. This is the whole problem.

If you want to reduce snoring than you just need to control the jaw and prevent it from resting on the throat. This is done with a simple Jaw Supporter, which is the most comfortable way to control the jaw and keep it off the throat.
