Lord knows I love my husband but his snoring almost killed me. Is that melodramatic? It's hard to get a good night's sleep when your spouse is snoring non-stop right in your face! It sounds cute and silly at first, but believe me it becomes unbearable after a while. That constant cackling and snorting sound is disturbing. How important is finding snoring solutions? Well, how important is a good night's rest? Since I have to get up for work every morning and look and act my best, I can almost literally put a price tag on a good's night rest.

For over a year I just couldn't sleep. I tossed and turned and tried everything to "tune" my husband's snoring out. I tried earplugs, I tried stuffing a pillow over my head. I just couldn't pretend the noise wasn't there. I had a talk with him, and naturally, being the sweet man he is, he offered to do whatever was necessary for us both to sleep peaceful. So we looked into home remedies and other free snoring solutions.

Unfortunately, while we are doing so I am coming home exhausted everyday. My boss is complaining about my performance, and even my close friends say I am irritable. Worse yet, I tend to take things out on my husband when I'm frustrated. Of course he's the problem—that's what I think in my mind. Even if it's not fair to him. What was I going to do? I was all out of options. I am not kidding when I say I actually pondered separation for a minute. The idea of a good night's sleep was just so inviting.

My husband came up with the solution of sleeping in the living room. This didn't help, because I missed his company. This was only causing more problems. Whatever snoring solutions I was looking into were not proving fruitful. We didn't want to take medicine or herbs. (Not only because we were afraid of the effects but also because of the high price) I even convinced my husband to try hypnosis tapes, but needless to say, that didn't go very well.

Finally, a friend let me know about this new "exercise" demo that supposedly stopped snoring. At last, a snoring solutions idea that was based on medical understanding. Weak throat muscles cause snoring. Therefore, these series of exercises help to strengthen those weak muscles and stop the "root" cause of these breathing problems.

It occurred to me that with all the other snoring solutions I tried, the main issue was never addressed. If I could fix my hubby's breathing then we could both sleep better. The idea sounded right, so we gave it a try. We practiced those breathing exercises as directed. Within a few days the snoring decreased in volume. By the end of the second week, there was no more snoring! I was amazed!

These snoring solutions worked for me. My marriage is so much better now because I have been granted a new lease on life. I can now sleep with the man I love. Sleep is priceless, and so is a happy family!
