Stress can be a major cause of sleepless nights, when your body is always at the red zone. .your body does not go off to sleep easily. This problem can lead many men and women to become less efficient at work. To counter this problem you can always do something relaxing before you go to sleep. Maybe a bath, or listening to your favorite music can put you to sleep without thinking about your stresses.


Depression is a serious problem, it can be caused by any major or minor event in your life. Depression effects your sleep immensely. Usually waking up way early in the morning, and then finding your self in the midst of confusion can lead many to become fearful of going to bed. To solve this problem you should try to see a doctor or take a walk, or swim. When you do a lot of exercise endorphins are released in your body. After a lot of exercise your body will feel tired, and you would sleep peacefully.


Another factor that effects your sleep is too much alcohol, caffeine or nicotine. These are all serious factors which effect your sleep. You should avoid these since they all trigger various wrong hormones in your body. They all make you go to sleep at different times. It is best to avoid having these, instead have healthier herbal teas, or refreshing baths.


Menopause is another problem which causes discomfort at night, constant hot flashes, sweating makes you not go to sleep. You will wake up many times in the night which effects the quality of your sleep. To avoid this you should always have foods which are rich in phyto osteregons and chick peas. Menopause can be a difficult time for the women, but make sure you seek the right guidance to make a smooth transition.


Due to stress or restlessness, pregnancy women feel numbness in their legs. This can baldy affect their sleep, to avoid this you should try massaging your legs with olive oil before going to sleep or almond oil. Make sure you have enough iron to avoid this problem. Sometimes the restless legs are caused by the antidepressants you are taking. So ask your physician an alternative.
