Your thoughts are influencing the way you look.

Take a good look at your own face in the mirror. Do you think that the way you look is just down to luck; or may-be solely to your genetics; or to the foods you eat; or to the amount of sleep you get each night? May-be some will say that it is down to their cosmetic surgery or the special lotions that they have used through the years.

I am sure that all of the above, plus many other factors, will definitely have some impact on the way your look. However, have you ever considered the impact of your thought processes on your own face? You should, because every thought you have is having an influence upon your face.

Let me try and explain how this could be?

If I said that happy people are more likely to have happy faces, while depressed people are likely to have depressed faces, that may seem obvious and incredibly simplistic and yet in a way that is the truth of the matter.

Look at a stern face for instance. At the moment you look at such a person, they are emitting thought processes that reflect their sternness. If they continue to exhibit stern thoughts for large portions of the day, and continue in this mode of thinking for many years to come, their face will literally be etched in features that will reflect their stern thoughts.

Now, think of someone who is consistently full of the joys of life. You may think to yourself: "Where are such people, I don't know any?" Of course they are out there! If you met such a person, their face would be reflecting the joyful thoughts and emotions that they are consistently experiencing in their mind. You may instinctively feel drawn to such a person and their happiness would be reflected in an appealing, friendly face.

This is not a fanciful concept.Your face becomes a reflection of your most consistent thought processes.

Experience a bout of depression and see how it impacts on your face. Depression is reflective of consistently ‘down', negative thoughts/emotions. A person who has experienced many bouts of depression in their lives will have it reflected in their face.

So, if looking and feeling good are really important issues for you, then why not try this:The next time you look into the mirror, look at your face and tell it how well it is looking. Mean it, and then go out into the world and emit the happiness that is inside of you. You will be a beacon of energy for yourself and for others, and your face will reflect the uplifting thoughts that occupy your mind!
